Byakko (also known as DKDC on Mugen Fighters Guild's forum) is a french M.U.G.E.N creator, best known for creating several Capcom vs. SNK 2 conversions. At the time, these were some of the earlier conversions, which, despite lacking groove selects, were quite well-received for their time. After a haitus in 2006, he returned to M.U.G.E.N in 2014, releasing a custom version of Jin Kazama from the Tekken series, winning that year's Character of the Month award in March [2].
